Pointes North Beachfront Resort Hotel

Great little boutique hotel. The beach and views of the Grand Traverse Bay are unbeatable. Plenty of beach chairs and two huge firepits are provided near the waterfront, and wood is available on property. Most rooms come with amazing Jacuzzi jetted bathtubs and a big viewing porch. A free continental breakfast is also available from 7:30-10:00am. Beds are a little firm but comfy with lots of pillows. Located near downtown Traverse City, Holiday Hills Ski Resort, hiking trails, and the TART Trail. Several restaurants nearby include a rooftop bar/restaurant- Blush, a brick oven pizza bar, a classic burger dive, Bob Evans, Burger King, and Red Mesa Grill. Don't forget that the office is closed from 10pm-7:30am. The only things that could improve are more attention to the floors, and the room amenities could use updates. I noticed a little sand inside and food on the porch. That said, I still recommend this place. It's not upscale and but the staff are pleasant, and the off-season prices are Unbelievable!

I enjoyed my stay! The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the view from my room was amazing especially the sunset. Close to a lot of restaurants and the casino. One person that was very helpful was Corey that is your maintenance person, I could tell that he loves his job maintaining the beach and the beautiful flowers,he gave me suggestions on places to eat and just random conversations very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend your establishment to anyone, I plan on coming back.

We had a great room and the winter prices are great. Downside, the drunk guy who backed over the handicap parking sign spit a snot rocket on our truck window...so I guess he didn't like our truck in the spot next to his. Other than that awesome stay and friendly staff. Plus side is the jet tubs in the rooms.

Just on the edge of Traverse City, this property has AMAZING views of the bay! The rooms were clean, the front desk service (and the option to text!) was impeccable. I will stay here again.

One night stay. Room was cleaned well passed uv light testing. Loved having a nice sized bath tub in my room very much. The option to go in lake or pool was wonderful. Nearby food and attractions. Service was good as well check in and out was a breeze. Comfortable bed. Shampoo and conditioner provided in the shower was convenient. Our room also had a mini fridge,microwave and coffee maker.

We came to vacation in the dead of winter but it was overall a great place. I bet it would be amazing in the summer. The rooms were a nice size with a kitchenette, private toilet room (although the floor to ceiling window to the parking lot was odd) and a balcony with a bay view. The tv setup wasnt that good but you don't go on vacation to watch tv. Overall it was a great beachside stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Points North Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The location is perfect, conveniently close to local attractions while still feeling peaceful and private. And the views from the property are absolutely beautiful- Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable stay with amazing hospitality! I am looking forward to coming back to traverse City and staying here.

This is a beautiful, clean property right on the beach with a nice-sized outdoor pool. We had a jacuzzi tub king room facing the beach with a balcony. Very lovely. Will totally stay here again. Having said that, the majority of my contact with the person who checked me in was just meh. But that wouldn't prevent me from coming back. The location is closer to Acme than to Downtown.
